On this weeks Episode we have Dee Poku-Spalding, a Former Hollywood studio executive, social entrepreneur, CO- Founder and CEO of Women Inspiration Enterprise (WIE) an influential women’s leadership network,  And founder of The Other Festival.  Her organization has attracted an incredible range of speakers to its global symposiums and salons, including Donna Karan, Arianna Huffington,  Melinda Gates, Diane von Furstenberg, Iman, and many more. She serves on Boards including the British Academy of Film & Television (BAFTA), is a Huffington Post blogger and a contributor to Forbes. 

Dee talks about her leaving her Hollywood studio executive job working with the likes of Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, and Scarlett Johansson to follow her passion with no regrets.
